We are located in Santa Monica, on the corner of 18th and Ocean Park Boulevard in the First Citizens Bank building. There is metered street parking available. From Ocean Park Boulevard, enter First Citizens Bank building, take the elevator to the 2nd floor and turn right. We are the second door on your left.
PAYMENT
Parkside Consulting is a professional medical practice based in Santa Monica, California that provides psychiatric services. We do not accept any form of health insurance, nor are we a participating provider for any commercial or government insurers. We do accept all major credit cards.
Parkside Consulting requires a deposit to schedule an appointment. When scheduling an appointment, you will be directed to a payment portal before your appointment time is reserved.
The balance of your appointment fee is due immediately after completion of your appointment.
Parkside Consulting charges the full appointment fee for any appointment that is not cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.
Non-clinical services are billed according to individually determined engagement agreements. Please book an appointment to discuss your specific needs.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Parkside Consulting is directed by Leilani M. Sharpe, M.D., Ph.D. Dr. Sharpe received her medical degree and Ph.D. in biochemistry from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, before completing her adult psychiatry residency at UCLA Resnick and her child psychiatry fellowship at The Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Sharpe is board certified in both adult and child psychiatry. In addition to being the lead physician at Parkside Consulting, she coordinates additional providers as needed for consultation packages and any ancillary services the clinic provides.

Parkside Consulting's Medical Director, Dr. Leilani M. Sharpe, has founded a federally recognized Non-Profit organization, Parkside Donates, to increase access to mental health education and healthcare in the Los Angeles area. Should you choose to donate, please note that you will not receive goods or services in exchange for the deductible amount of your donation.
